The Estimator must deliver these services through personal contribution/activity in our marketing area. The Restoration Technician position is a career in field services in the property damage restoration industry. The position is primarily responsible for responding to emergency, property damaging situations. The Technician is accountable for addressing the property and the customer with skill, knowledge, and professionalism. The Technician (working in a team) is accountable for preserving as much of the property as possible while working safely and efficiently on the job site. The Technician will be responsible for working without constant management supervision and will be expected to engage in continuous professional development. We expect all levels of the company to be the expert in their position.
The Project Manager Position is responsible for ensuring growth and development of the Construction business. Activity and direction will be directed to the production of the construction business. The position will initially be responsible for production as directed by the Estimator and operate within our franchise territory. The Project Manager must deliver a source of contacts and develop plans and actions to deliver the projects on time and on budget. The PM must be the front line contact during a project and is a valuable contributor to the organization. The PM delivers these services through personal contribution/activity in our marketing area.
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the nightly maintenance, inventory, and overall appearance of the warehouse. The essential functions of the Warehouse Associate are as follows:
Warehouse inventory and control (general overall appearance), equipment maintenance, building maintenance, vehicle maintenance, and driver logs. This is a part time (3:00PM-7:00PM, Monday-Friday) position.
